We were commissioned to design this new build headquarters for an expanding West London based construction company on the site of a vacant timber mill in Essex.

A single storey building previously used for timber works will be replaced with a three-storey structure that places a high emphasis on the growth of technology, reflecting the core business of the client.

The ground floor of the development accommodates a generous reception area alongside a materials sampling suite, while the second floor provides a showroom for customers to view the company’s products. The first floor consists of contemporary office space and room for a wealth of multimedia facilities.
