Warspite Road is a 17-storey landmark mixed use building at a busy junction in Greenwich, consisting of 59 units and in excess of 250m2 commercial space on GF. It was designed as a new ‘gatehouse’ to this distinctive corner site, and into the emerging Charlton Riverside Regeneration Area.
