Since 2016, we have been involved in a number of refurbishment projects, situated within a number of grade II & grade II* listed buildings for Birkbeck College in Central London. The aim is to improve customer facing offices and services and improve the College’s image as well as providing more usable spaces.

The buildings included a number of grade II listed Georgian terraces built by James Burton (1761-1837), a grade II listed house by Sir John James Burnet (1857-1938), a grade II listed Georgian terraced house built in circa 1780 and a grade II* listed 3-bay wide town house by Louis Vulliamy (1791 – 1871) built in circa 1825-26, all of which lie within the Bloomsbury Conservation area in Camden.
