This new build three storey development replaces a dilapidated post war semi detatched property in East London. The project, which contains nine units, is strategically oriented to increase passive surveillance over a neighboring car park which occasionally promotes anti social behaviour.

The building’s windows are carefully proportioned, with adjacent metal panels designed with deep reveals, contrasting an otherwise plain façade.
